Privacy policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026. This policy explains how Cactus Growth ("we", "us"), operated by Peak Up LLC, collects and uses information through cactusgrowth.agency.

What we collect

• Information you enter in our free brand check form: name, website, email, phone or WhatsApp (optional), Instagram handle (optional) and the language of the page.
• Public information about your business that we check to prepare your score, such as your website's speed, tags and links.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site (for example, spam protection).

How we use it

• To prepare and send your ad score and your ad teardown.
• To contact you about your teardown and our services by email, phone or WhatsApp, only if you agreed to it.
• To improve our service. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in our Google Workspace account and processed by service providers we use to run the site (Google and Cloudflare). When you submit the form, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and name so we can measure our ads. These providers only process it on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by writing to info@cactusgrowth.agency. You can also reply "stop" to any message.

Call recordings

Calls booked through our scheduling page may be recorded and transcribed (Calendly Notetaker) so we can review them and improve our service. We tell you at the start of the call, and you can ask us to turn recording off at any time. Recordings are not shared outside our team.

Cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and form requests and to show our ads to people who visited the site. They may set cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts. Our spam protection may also use strictly necessary technical cookies.
